Are you serious? I must be a super expert on taxes because I have always done it on paper using a calculator for the last 14 years and counting. Just spend an hour reading the instructions and you're done. Have a question, call the IRS. Unlike other government agencies (cough.. USCIS cough..) the agents at the other end of the line are actually helpful and responsive.

Well, Not every one is as patient as you are in reading the instructions and if needed a friendly manual or dialing 800 829 1040. The feeling is mutual about the IRS helpline folks.
The OP seemed very confused and thats why I suggested not to fill in on paper by hand.

I got FP notice inside 2 weeks of submitting my EAD application. I am in TSC. Again FP depends on when you last Finger prints. I dont everyone 'HAS' to get FP.
We both have had ours taken. First one in 2007 (July 2007 filing) and second in 2008. Does that mean we are not reqd to take any FPs? Pl advise.

Hi Gurus,
My wife has her H4 Visa stamp until 1st Oct 2010. She is in India. I am planning to visit India and travel back with her. If my visa gets stuck in "Admin Processing" will my wife be able to travel back on her valid H4 Visa.
She has to travel back due to some personal reasons.
Please advise.

yes, She will be able to return back as long as you both dont go for stamping together. If you get stuck in Admin Processing then they will cancel her current visa until you get your visa since she is dependent on you.
So the best thing to do is, you go for stamping first and if it works out for you then let her go for stamping afterwards or She can enter using her current visa and then file an extension before it expires.

My employer after too much of talks is ready to file. But in all the applications he wants to put his address so that he receives the EAD card and AP..He is not ready to put my address. Can he keep my EAD card ?

Hi everybody
My lawyer had filed my 485 eb2 on july 2 (under july bulletin).
Now that the bulletin has been re-instated, i am getting nervous thinking if my lawyer filed the application complete or in a hurry she missed something. Obviously, i do not think it'll be right to ask her if she filed it properly.
Under what circumstances can the application be rejected right away even before they have issued the WAC#??
and my 140 is pending....what happens if my lawyer forgot to attach the 140 reciept? Can they still send it back??

I have to work 20 hrs per week part time apart from my full time 40hrs per week. Since I am not working 35 hrs per week as you said does this mean my GC process will have a effect?
