I think it means , can enter country with H1B visa stamped before entering, if Advance parole is not there
What if you have AP but not used it, instead used the re-validation rule to enter into the country, using H1. Would that invoke abandonment of 485?

This should be a watershed year for all manufacturers. A great year for the consumer.

Thanks for your suggestion.
I am worried whether i will be able to find a job in this tough situation or not. So if that is possible, i would like to start that route too.
Any other option?
Thanks,

The Swine Flu saga continues. Mexico reported three new deaths from the swine flu epidemic Saturday and urged citizens not to let their guard down against a virus that has killed 19 in people in Mexico and is spreading across Asia and Europe.
Health Secretary Jose Angel Cordova said Mexico's confirmed swine flu cases jumped to 473, including the 19 deaths. The previous death toll in Mexico was 16. A Mexican toddler also died in Texas days ago, for a worldwide total of 20.
In accordance with measures announced by the Government of Mexico to limit the congregation of large crowds to prevent the spread of the H1N1 virus, the U.S. Embassy in Mexico City and the U.S. Consulate General in Ciudad Juarez advise that most consular services are being suspended. The dates listed below may change. The Embassy and Consulate General will monitor the H1N1 situation continuously during the week and will update information on our website if the dates of the suspension of service change.
Immigrant Visa operations in Ciudad Juarez have been suspended from April 30 to May 8. Immigrant visa and waiver applicants who have April 29 appointments should proceed to the Consulate. The panel physicians are closed. Those applicants who have consular immigrant visa appointments after May 8 and have not yet obtained their medical exams should not come to Juarez until the panel physicians have re-opened.
All non-immigrant visas operations in Mexico have been suspended until May 6.
Consular services for U.S. citizens throughout Mexico will be limited to emergency assistance and to citizenship applications (passports and consular reports of birth abroad, or CRBA). Anyone with passport or CRBA appointments are encouraged but not required to reschedule to a later date. For more complete information on consular operations during the flu outbreak, as well as the latest travel advisory and warden messages, visit http://ciudadjuarez.usconsulate.gov/h1n1.html. Very interesting subjects... Each one has many neat things, and a few small annoyances, that make it very hard for me to pick a favorite. They're all good, though. :)

My last EAD and AP were filed at TSC and that is what is specified in e-file application. Now I am getting worried
Update 1: During the EAD efiling process I made a mistake which might have caused this anomaly. More on this thread (http://immigrationvoice.org/forum/showthread.php?t=19425)

Dear Friends,
My PD (EB3)is Dec-02. I have gone for Finger Printing twice now.
I see lot of reference to '45 Day letter' in the forum . I have no recollection of receiving the '45 Day ' letter so far.
Am I missing something here?
Can any one of you please explain what this letter is about?
Thanks,
Sreekanth
If you have done your FP twice.. you need to have fun, relax and forget about 45 day letter.. you passed that stage long time back.. this is basically for people who have labor certification pending with BEC.. just in case you don't know what BEC is.. its the Back Log Elimination Center set up to clear labor applications filled under the old system.. and in case you don't know what the old system is ...........ok its $5 for every further clarification..

$930 plus a biometrics fee of $80; the fee total is $1,010. Exceptions listed below. There is no fee for applicants who are filing Form I-485 based on having been admitted to the United States as a refugee. Applicants 80 years of age or older are not charged a biometric fee; the fee total is $930. Applicants under 14 years of age: - Filing with the I-485 application of at least one parent have a fee total of $600 - Not filing with the I-485 application of at least one parent have a fee total of $930
I would assume that EAD and AP have to be paid for separately.

Nikon was most popular among the pros photographers during the 1970s and that finding has led me to choose it for my 35mm equipment.
One of the major advantage is its system ability to use old lenses for its newer bodies. Moreover accessories for the camera bodies are easily available in the local photo retail outlets.
The lesson learned from the D2h could have gone into the making of the D70 along side with their surprise attempt in the huge advertising spending (TV and other various media) in launching the product.
Perhaps it could have been a shortsighted affair to aim the D2h only for the PJs. Nikon could have been holding the flag up when the camera could be in the hands of millions of advanced serious amateurs including the many part-time professional photographers world-wide. Not to say the huge market in China could have been overlooked by their thinking engineers!
What about the millions of part-time and full time photographers doing weddings and other assignments who would wish that the D2h is an 8 MPs. where large enlargements are required.
The D70 has brought many loyal consumers to stop discarding the old Nikon lenses. In fact their current aggressive marketing attitude has seemingly brought a smile back to many previous happy Nikon users.
My next wish is for Nikon to design and produce another DSLR by carefully listening to users of their equipment. Not to say that just by assumming that all PJs only need is 4 MPs is wrong because that can be a decoy in their planning too. More to watch from the factory that was set up to produce the D70 in Thailand! I am sure Nikon will not disappoint DSLR users with many more surprises in the very future.
